The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although a bit dated, provided a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was pristine and well-kept, offering splendid views. On the downside, the dining experience was disappointing, and the room facilities needed attention.

I decided to book a return stay to celebrate our 45th year of our family tradition at this hotel. The rooms were not as clean as expected, especially given the high traffic to the hot springs, and some maintenance issues like the lights not working and a broken bed were disappointing. However, the staff was doing their best to support the old resort, and improvements were noticed. The location was upgraded, offering a lovely swim and a well-landscaped area, even though some found it overpriced. The dining options were limited and pricey, not available after 11 am, but homemade muffins would have been a nice touch.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at a great rate but needs some updating. The service is friendly and helpful, though there's room for improvement in staff attentiveness. The location is beautiful with lovely floral accents, but the dining options could be more reasonably priced and available for longer hours.

The hotel gives you a cozy cabin vibe with wood walls and themed furniture. Rooms had everything we needed but lacked info about the floor level. The cleanliness was top-notch, making it a pleasant stay overall.
